Estimates:
Budget control and financial accountability:We understand your need for budget control and financial accountability, as well as the need for flexibility, so to keep the project management clear and concise we supplement written (email) estimates with written reports as each job progresses. The progress reports will identify any changes in specifications and any possible need to re-estimate the assignment.
Logo Design:
The internet abounds with talent — and also cut price offers. We urge you to be careful when choosing a 'logo design supplier' — consider engaging only the services of a Graphic Design Professional.
How will you recognise a Graphic Design Professional online? — look at their online portfolio, judge whether or not they're making bold claims (You know the old addage: "if it sounds to good to be true, then it probably is") We believe good logos are borne from sound research, communication and hard work.
If you're willing to entrust us with your design requirements, and engage us to spend some time 'doing what we do' coming up with ideas for you, we're confident you won't be disappointed. We are good listeners and great interpreters!
For first time customers we ask for payment in advance for 3 initial concepts. This charge is non refundable (our ideas are all we have to sell).
Should you not be thrilled with the concepts we deliver, you will have a firm foundation of logo development to extend with a subsequent designer.

Brochure Design and Stationery:
The design of your brochures and company stationery using your new logo are separate projects and will be quoted individually. Drafts can be delivered by email as PDF files (copyright law protects all design work in progress.)
Printing:
With access to wholesale 'trade only' printing companies, we can offer extremely competitive print prices. We manage your job from concept to print and delivery. This takes the worry and time out of managing your project yourself.Alterations:
Further alterations beyond the final draft will be in addition to the original estimated fee, and will be charged as extras.Payment Terms:
In the interests of flexibility and accountability, larger jobs such as brochures, corporate profiles etc. will be tracked with progress reports and reviewed estimates if necessary. Progress payments for larger jobs will be at 3 weekly intervals based on work completed.Resources:
