Good Keywords are those which are already being used in searches. We can see the keywords which have already been used in a searches by going to Google Adwords Keyword Planner.
What is Search Intent?
Consider the searcher’s intent, what problem are they trying to solve? Start by typing in your best guess in the Get Keyword Ideas field and see how the results might relate to them and the problem they are trying to solve. Try to choose low competition and high search volume for relevant keywords in the Keyword Planner results. The historical keyword evidence is already there. Your job is to figure out how these search terms match the solution you offer with the searcher’s intent.

Google traces and stores within its search index the HTML web code which makes up your web page. When it comes to images, the HTML img tag is the reference code for the images on your website. A search engine cannot index the raw pixel data of your image, but it can read the Alt text (Alternate text) within the HTML img tag.
